Dion received a standing ovation after her diagnosis. She appeared on stage with the Best Album award, but almost a year later she had to cancel all live performances. after suffering from a rare neurological disorder.
“When I say I’m happy to be here, I mean it with all my heart,” he told the audience.
Dion was met with a similar response when she announced that Swift had won Best Song.
